It’s a financing program that offers customers multiple leasing options and enables them to own apartments with preferential privileges if the project is financed through the Specialized Leasing Company.
Leasable Assets:
- Residential apartments within projects, financed through the Specialized Leasing Company only.
- Residential villas within projects, financed through the Specialized Leasing Company only.
Privileges:
- Financing up to 100% of the estimated property cost.
- No mortgage fee.
- Exemption from property transfer fees.
- Lease tenure up to 30 years.
- Free life insurance.
- Possibility of financing for expatriates and freelancers.
- A guarantor is not required.
- Grace period up to 6 months.
Terms and Conditions:
- The customer's age should not exceed 70 years at the end of the contract.
- Maximum DBR is 50%.
Required Documents:
- Proof of identity documents:
• For Jordanians: a valid smart national ID for Jordanians.
• For non-Jordanians: a valid passport, personal number for foreigners.
- Documents of the property: Registration deed, organizational map of the site, land survey.
- Preliminary sale contract and down payment receipt.
- Valuation of the property by a real estate expert approved by us.
- Income proof: Recent salary certificate, salary slips for the last 3 months, recent bank statement for the last 6 months.
- Salary transfer pledge, if approved.
- Copy of residency and copy of the work contract for expatriates.
- Company registration certificate, valid profession license for the owners of companies.
- Financial statements of the company for the last two years, in addition to a trial balance to date, for the owners of companies.
- A list of personal properties, with all supporting documents.
- Proof of additional income (if applicable).
