- Proof of identity documents:
-For Jordanians: a valid smart national ID for Jordanians.
-For non-Jordanians: a valid passport, personal number for foreigners.
- Property Documents: Registration deed, organizational scheme and land survey.
- Proof of Income: Recent salary certificate, salary slips for the last 3 months, recent bank statement for the last 6 months.
- Preliminary sale contract and down payment receipt.
- Property valuation by a real estate appraiser approved by us.
- Copy of the employment contract and residency for expatriates.
- Salary transfer pledge, if approved.
- Copy of residency and copy of the work contract for expatriates.
- Social security statement for residents (if available).
- For company owners: Commercial registration/ profession license.
- List of personal assets with proof of ownership.
- Additional proof of income (if available).
